It is a mild sedative, soothes swelling, bruises, sprains, nerve pain, arthritis, and broken bones (comfrey is also known as ""knit bone""). Our comfrey scrub is excellent for overworked, inflammed muscles. Our blend uses other ingredients to help relieve pain, ease headaches, and moisturize dry skin. This product is also high in vitamins A & E which help to retain the moisture of the skin, providing elasticity and suppleness. The essential oils in this scrub penetrate the skin easily, leaving your body silky and fragrant.
