This selection of cheeses delights in fantastic buttery, smokey, tangy, sharp and creamy flavors from: Parish Hill Creamery, Vermont Shepherd, Jasperhill Farm, and Livewater Farm & Dairy and Maplebrook Farm. Further enjoyed with accompanied meats: Buffalo Summer Sausage from Yankee Farmers Market, Bresaola Beef from Vermont Salumi, and Fennel and Citrus Dry Salame from Short Creek Farm
