The Good Spot is proudly offering Tia’s Charcuterie Pop-up

Thursdays from 4-6pm—please pre-order by 11am.

Pick up or dine in with us. Relax and enjoy a social setting while sipping a rejuvenating mocktail or spritzer to accompany your charcuterie pleasure.

Tia's Board Menu features a weekly rotation of:

  • Award Winning Vermont Cheese
  • Organic seasonal produce from local VT farms
  • All natural responsibly sourced meats with NO added Nitrates or antibiotics
  • Signature accompaniments: Lemon Honey Saffron Carrots, Pea Pesto (Basil, Mint, Hemp Heart, Tahini)
  • Organic olives
  • Gluten free crackers
  • Locally made breads
  • Tavernier Chocolates 

This selection of cheeses delights in fantastic buttery, smokey, tangy, sharp and creamy flavors from: Parish Hill Creamery,  Vermont Shepherd, Jasperhill Farm, and Livewater Farm & Dairy and Maplebrook Farm. Further enjoyed with accompanied meats: Buffalo Summer Sausage from Yankee Farmers Market, Bresaola Beef from Vermont Salumi, and Fennel and Citrus Dry Salame from Short Creek Farm
